Social services are NOT designed to:
Fulfill the role of a full-time marketing assistant.
Require a significant amount of your time or energy outside of reviewing and approving the content created on your behalf.
Be a fully collaborative creative process. A member of our team will design all of your marketing assets according to your form responses and accommodate minor edits.

You won't be able to use your marketing budget to cover any of the Enhanced Marketing Services package fees. However, additional costs for printing, postage, digital ads, website fees, or other fulfillment services may be covered by your marketing budget.

The completion time for Version 1 varies by project, but our goal is to deliver it within 48 to 72 business hours after receiving all necessary content and/or conducting the kick-off call.

To start a project, please use any contact button or form on our website to email us at marketingservices@compass.com. In your email, include the details of your request, any relevant timeline information, and anything else pertinent to your project. A team member will then contact you to confirm the pricing and schedule a kick-off meeting.

Some projects may incur extra charges, such as website hosting or postcard postage. These potential fees will be thoroughly discussed by your Marketing support during the kick-off call.

We offer copywriting services included for most projects, but this may incur an additional fee depending on the required effort. For instance, developing the complete text for a "Neighborhood" website page would be considered an add-on service.

Most assets are created in Marketing Center and shared via a link you are able to access.

You'll have the chance to review each asset before approving – your Marketing Coordinator will make adjustments according to your feedback until you're happy with the results. If you're still unhappy with the quality of assets, you can cancel the service you requested and we'll issue you a credit for the costs incurred.

Yes, your dedicated Marketing Coordinator will customize each marketing asset with your branding, including personal logo and other branded imagery.

Yes, we recommend doing a kick-off call for new projects. This session ensures our team is fully aligned with your goals, preferences, and requirements from the start, allowing us to deliver the highest quality results. It’s also a great opportunity for us to connect and address any initial questions you may have.
