Email Newsletters

If you select the customized newsletter option, we will create a monthly newsletter from scratch that features a completely unique design and customized sections, including personal spotlights, local events, market data, and listings.

If you select the templated newsletters, we will create two monthly emails based on existing national content. 

  • Newsletter #1: Utilizing the monthly national newsletter as a base, we will update the template with your branding, local events, and personal listings. No further customizations are included.

  • Newsletter #2: Focused on educating your personal sphere with relevant market data, we will use the national Market Report template as a base and update it with market data from your region. No further customizations are included.

Direct Mailers

Choosing between a postcard or bi-fold, a monthly direct mail piece can be sent to keep your community informed about local events, highlight a listing or recently sold property, educate on Compass programs, or be geared towards growing your brand. When choosing who will receive this mail piece you can strategically select this list based on the goal of the mailer. 

Social Media

Pick between a digital brand ad or social media post to expand your social reach beyond your current followers. If you select the digital ad, you determine the ad goal, targeting, duration, and overall spend.
